What Does a Custom Patio Designer Do?
A patio designer plans the layout, materials, roofline, and finishes of your outdoor space before any construction starts. Texas Patio Pros handles the full process in-house — from the first design sketch to the final build — so your patio cover, deck, or outdoor kitchen is designed around how you actually use your yard, not a generic template.
How Much Does Custom Patio Design Cost in Cypress, TX?
Design cost depends on the size of the space and the complexity of the layout, such as a simple covered patio versus a multi-area design with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Texas Patio Pros includes the design consultation in every free in-home estimate, so there’s no separate design fee to get a plan and a price.
Do Custom Patio Designs Need HOA Approval in Cypress?
Most Cypress-area HOAs require architectural approval for a new patio cover, pergola, or outdoor structure. Texas Patio Pros prepares the design drawings and handles the HOA submission as part of the design process. See our full breakdown of what the HOA approval process involves.
